Holiness The closer we come to God, the more clearly we see our humanity and imperfections. This is how Moses felt when he was approached by God from the burning bush. The same applies today: when God encounters us in his holiness, we are overwhelmed by his beauty and at the same time realise that we cannot dispose of God.
